Membership & How to manage your Account

There are 4 types of memberships.   All FREE to join.
1. Property Buyer / Tenant –  If you want to buy or rent a property, please select this account type.

2. Property Owner – If you are planning to rent your own property out

3. Property Seller – If you are a property owner and want to sell your property out, register as

4. Property Agency or Agent – If you are an real estate agency or an agent, register as either type. For Agency type, our platform also allows you to create a team profile. Listing all your agencies details and associated properties on our listing. Easier for people to contact your team member directly for requesting more details on the properties including arranging inspections.

Login to our system.   There is a “My Profile” in the left hand side panel.    All your personal details are there.   There is a Change Password option.  Input your new password and click Update Password to complete the process.

In the login form, click/tap the “Lost your password?” option.   Enter your registered email in the form.   You will receive an email with a change password link to change your password.   Should there be any issue, please send a message to [email protected].   Pls state your registered email account and the problem with the login.   We will contact you to solve the case. 

Property Listing Packages

We have several listing packages to choose from.   Depending on the number of properties that you are going to post with us.    Login to our system.    Tap on the account symbol.   There is a membership option on the left hand side panel.    Choose  “Get Package”.

We accept VISA, Master and debit cards.   We use a common online transaction platform – Stripe – to handle the transaction.    Remember, we DO NOT keep your payment details on our website.    

We also accept bank transfer.   If you choose this method, we will send you a invoice by email.   There is an instruction how to transfer the payment to our bank account.   Please send us the payment confirmation via email to [email protected] with the invoice number in the Subject.   We normally response within 48 hours to verify the transaction and activate your account after confirmation.   We will notify you once the listing service is activated.    

Yes IF only NOT being used.  Once listed successfully a property, the remaining listing quota cannot be refunded.   Please read our Terms and Conditions.

Our website is currently desgined for Australia only.    We are extending the services to our countries and will be announced the availability in due course.

Listing a Property

First, make sure your subscription package includes Featured Included.

To mark the property as Featured, fill in your property details and submit it.   After the listing is published (ie approved by our admin), do the followings:-

– Goto Properties in your dashboard.
– Click/tap on the Action button of the respective property.
– Select “Set as Featured” .

* Featured listing is ONLY available to Agent or Agency profile.    If you join the membership as Property Owner or Property Seller and you want to list your property as Featured, please contact us.   There may be an additional cost to activate this feature.

– Goto Properties in your dashboard.
– Click/tap on the Action button of the respective property.
– Select “Removed from Featured”
